A Dying Blog
it's true. the blog has been a lot less updated than usual. It seems that the blog impulse ebbs and flows, and actually, strangely, draws energy from people's comments and loses it when people don't. don't ask. it's a strange dynamic, i realize. i mean, why should you need comments to continue blogging? and yet, there's something really nice about knowing people are reading what you're writing. perhaps it's why writers publish their books and don't just keep them to themselves and artists display their work, rather than hide them in their studios...
