Back to the Roots
it reminds me of a Rusted Roots song, "Back to the Earth," popular in the 90s. but it seems apropos. sara mentioned something in her comments that got me thinking. look to what brought me to this job initially. was it a means to increase political prowess? uh, that'd be a no. at the heart of it, what brought me here was my desire to help people. if creating jobs means helping people, i'm all for it. but what i've found since i've been here is that there are some people who already have the money to help themselves. in fact, it's helping these people that can occasionally exclude those little guys who wouldn't get by without our help.
