A Swanky New Place
yes, it's true. the bopper has made her move out of the 6-bedroom house into a place of her very own. there have been a few beautiful surprises in the move-in: 1) my ikea billy bookcase fits perfectly in the space between the seating area of the fireplace and the wall (it cleared the space by about 1cm); 2) it's about 3 blocks away from not one but two grocery stores- the superfresh and whole foods; and 3) (and I only found out about this tonight) my computer somehow found a wireless connection so i get the internet here for _free_!!!! That last one excited me greatly. Going back to a dialup connection after having been spoiled by wireless in my house in UniCity would have been a bit of an adjustment. Now I can blog til my heart's content with no worries. Excellent!
