if you wanna sing out...

this is the blog author, caroline, giving a sister shout out to helen. why? well, after a conversation over dim sum with mary, helen gave me a series of fiction (yes, i did say fiction) books. the first i've deemed to read, tam lin, is quite good. sure, the protagonist is in college, but we can all remember our college days, can't we? ok, granted i was a little jealous that janet went to a co-ed college, but hey, i turned out ok. not only did i get books, but cds too. and the best part-- helen recently downloaded all relevant songs from her itunes (and we know how extensive her music collection is!). thanks helen!
